1. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a partial/full refund.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Goods If you receive an incorrect order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We request that you send photos of the incorrect or damaged goods to support your claim. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you or issue a refund.

3. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the order is due will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Allergies and Special Dietary Needs Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of your order. While we take care to manage allergens in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens (like gluten, nuts, dairy, etc.).
